Blog RSS feed very messed up in Google Reader

I've had lots of trouble with the blog RSS in Google Reader. However today another issue happened that I think warrants notice:

1. Almost all posts in Google Reader appear twice. This is more annoying than anything else
2. Today the last 20 posts appeared again. Again, more annoying than a problem

I'm not sure if this is a bug in the blog or a bug in Google Reader, but this is getting worse and worse. Strangely this is only with the ServerFault blog, the Super User, Security, StackOverflow, and Jeff's blogs don't have this issue

1) is pretty annoying and we have yet to track them down.

2) Is most likely due to me moving the SF blog into our wordpress network install and google reader didn't like it or thinks it's a new feed.

This is actually the second or third time the RSS feed has shit itself like that. Maybe they changed RSS providers which is why they all re-appeared as new? Not really sure how RSS works in that way.

The two posts issue is because one appears with HTML encoding and one doesn't (this shows up obviously in Google Reader), and yeah, it's quite irritating. Also, each time they do an edit, it shows up again.

Not sure why, I think it's just a wordpress blog, and I've got a few of them in my Google Reader and they don't have that issue.

Another data point: I just got the last 10 posts from the Super User blog come up in the SF blog feed.
