I just noticed this on a question. Did a quick search and couldn't see anyone else talking about it, and I can't see any real reason why it would be wider, Bens link is long but not long enough to push the others off. This is in Chrome on Windows 7.

Ooh I saw that but thought it was just my iPhone being daft (happens frequently!). It looks OK on Firefox 4b6 / Windows 7. Maybe it's a monitor resolution thing? – Ben Pilbrow Oct 25 '10 at 7:14
It's a Chrome thing. They don't frequently test the SE sites with Chrome yet, though they are doing it more often. – Chris S Oct 25 '10 at 15:15
The problem is with Chrome, not the site. Reality: Chrome is very buggy and nowhere near production ready, no matter what some might claim. – John Gardeniers Oct 25 '10 at 23:55

Weird -- I can't reproduce that

Chrome 7.0, I see no problem with the comments.

(this can happen with long, unbroken strings in comments because the comment area is variable width)

hmm yeah it appears to be displaying fine now after the original answer has been edited with more information and new comments have been added – RodH257 Oct 26 '10 at 20:37
I use Chrome and I'm sure I've seen that a few times, but not repeatably. – Ward Oct 28 '10 at 2:01
