We've had this discussion before (can't find the link right now), but don't get too caught up on the word "home". The location of the equipment and the fact (in this case) that it's carrying data for a "home user" doesn't detract from the ISP's business use of the technology. The other discussion I can't find the link for was regarding a telecommuter, he was working in a 100% business capacity. The fact that his "office" is collocated with his domiciliary habitation doesn't make it a "home" question. | |
