Yes, SF is doomed just because it got it completly wrong and maybe even because its users are less incldined to provide help (answert) to others.

While you can all see that I do have quite a good experience on SO site, I could say the opposite abouyt SF. Why? Just because many people with moderation permission around here are some kind of bullies that are inclined to find reasons for considering new questions off-topic instead of using their brains and trying to provide help/userfull feedback.

Proove me that I'm wrong, I hope so, still my impression is that most veterans here are bulling lower score users, something that you will not find on stackoverflow.

SF may be doomed just because the message that sent may be wrong, making users less inclined to provide help/answers to others.
