I feel it's wrong to just leave it alone. Am I correct?

What should happen to such no-questions? Should they be downvoted? Kind of feels wrong too.

I know I'm new to this site, but I frequently find myself looking at questions such as this one: http://serverfault.com/questions/354940/sudo-selectively-using-nopasswd
