This is pretty obviously a homework question, not something a professional system administrator would typically deal with; as the comments show, we would just load it up into Wireshark and view any necessary information about the packets.

There's nothing you really need to do about this specific audit. Occasionally failing audits happens to everyone who reviews; I've even been known to fail them once or twice.
