I have found that there are many questions about cloud computing platforms that do not fit well on either StackOverflow or ServerFault.

I have created a proposal for a new site, specific about cloud computing.

Do users of ServerFault find that many cloud computing questions that are off topic are posted here? I am more of a StackExchange user and see this frequently.
