It is also assumed that relaying our content thru our server, which works exactly because it doesn't break firewall policy (if they wanted to block all video streaming they would block all video streaming) is circumvention, when it is really adaptation. Everyone looked at it as if this is some binary issue. No one asked for context, except Michael Hampton.
