<p>Personally I think this probably will need to wait until <a href="http://meta.stackexchange.com/questions/2779/could-the-tagging-system-be-enhanced-to-support-tag-synonyms">tag synonyms</a> are available.  Until synonyms or a <a href="http://meta.stackexchange.com/questions/19018/implement-a-tag-black-list">blacklist</a> is available people will continue to use the [network] tag.</p>
