It had the same meaning but was written independently. This is not a reason to flag in my opinion. If you feel it necessary, you can downvote and vote to delete (when beyond 10k rep), but this does not require mod attention at all (otherwise we would have to delete many answers on popular easy questions as well after the first one). The answer was deleted by the user, BTW, not by a mod. - https://serverfault.com/questions/737636/cant-add-ssl-listener-server-certificate-not-found-for-the-key/789779#789779 This was a classic "XYs post (quoted below) solved my issue" and had essentially no own text. This is a reason for deletion. So, flag verbatim copies, but ignore (or downvote) independent answers with the same meaning as older answers.
