Should you really be asked to particpate in the moderator election when you don't have sufficent reputation to vote

I saw the "Please participate in the Server Fault 2012 community moderator election" notice and decided to take a look. After spending 10 minutes reading through the various candidates I then tried to figure out what to do next. It was then I discovered I needed a reputation of at least 150 to vote and that I've been wasting my time.

Maybe it's a good idea to publicise the election to all members but I think you should make it much clearer to people who can't vote. Maybe change the notice for people who can't vote to "The Server Fault 2012 community moderator election is underway" and slap a banner at the top of the election page saying "Only community members with 150 reputation may vote in the election"
