Despite the communities best effort the [tag:plesk] , [tag:cpanel] and [tag:whm] have [recently been resurrected](http://serverfault.com/tags?tab=new) again.  


I have taken the liberty to follow  Michael Hampton's [suggestion](https://meta.serverfault.com/a/6541/37681) and added warnings that explicitly state those  labels/topics that are off-topic.
