I used to, but not now. If you dangle a carrot, you get people chasing carrots, not taking a better path for cogent reasons. However, I get annoyed by the red "vote reminder" boxes that pop up from time to time, so I'm not sure how to best promote it. The highest voted questions aren't necessarily the best.
