Questions should also focus not just on new users, but What can be done about the current hostile, anti-user, insular community?

Potential discussion points

  • How much ServerFault is diverging from core StackExchange philosophies, network standards, and other sites
  • Specific users who are the primary contributors to ServerFault's reputation of being the most negative site on the entire network
  • Exactly why ServerFault is the only site that newbie questions drive away experts when this problem doesn't exist on other sites (like StackOverflow)
  • How a brand new user feels when joining the community (open arms, cult, "Earn respect" system, etc)
  • How an existing StackExchchange user feels when joining the community for the first time
  • The idea that good questions can only come from within
  • How all of these contribute to userbase growth and how they contrast with what vocal high ranking ServerFault users think the problems are
