Need some help/direction - my question was put on hold as "off-topic"

I spent a lot of time reading the rules and requirements, and feel like my question is right in line with server fault's regulations for a question.

Can anyone help me out here? I tried to ask for feedback from a moderator, but they just directed me to here.

Full post:

Device: ReadyNAS 1100
Model: RNR4000
Current firmware: RAIDiator 4.1.8
Latest firmware: RAIDiator 4.1.14
Purchased: December 2011 (3.9 years old)

I am unable to access my ReadyNAS 1100 via the admin web portal (aka "FrontView") or SSH into the device. Shares are accessible via SMB and AFP.

I'm almost certain that attempting to install CrashPlan PRO is what caused the issue. I was able to do it on our ReadyNAS 2100 and ReadyNAS 4200, but something obviously went wrong during the install on the ReadyNAS 1100.

Running a port scan shows ports 22, 80, and 443 are closed. Makes sense.

Following this NETGEAR support article, I booted into "Tech Support Mode", and logged in:

Username: root
Password: infr8ntdebug

Once in via telnet, I'm not sure what I can do from here. Is there a command I can run or a config file I can edit to re-open the ports? Looks like it's using the ash shell. "help" only showed a few available commands. Thanks in advance.
