It seems that the vast majority of the questions tagged [tag:apache] are relevant to some variant of Apache 2. There are 34 questions that are [tag:apache] but the body of which contains a reference to [**apache 1.3**][1] or [**apache1.3**][2], these would need to be checked and manually retagged [tag:apache1] if required as at least some are just referring back to some feature of Apache 1.3.  

Once the above is done then

  - Retag [tag:apache] and [tag:apache2.2] to [tag:apache2]
  - Retag [tag:apache1.3] to [tag:apache1]

  - Blackhole/block the use of [tag:apache]
