Currently on Super User is this question: [Search content of files with unknown extension][1] The question is asking how to do things with the search tool, in Windows Server 2008. I was wondering if this question should be migrated to SF or not. In general, I know that this is not really a matter of sysadmin, it's really a "user task". However, it's directed to an OS which is normally used only by sysadmins (and a few home servers). So in theory, the Server Fault community is more likely to know the answer to such a question. So here is the general question, aside from my particular case: - What about questions on Super User which are related to a server OS? *(And I really mean a professional server one, not one which would be used as a home server)*. - Should we migrate them to Server Fault, if they don't get an answer on Super User? - Or is it really a user matter, and it would clutter Server Fault?
