There is already a perfect place for a question about Unix/Linux that don't quite fit the Serverfault profile. That place is [Unix/Linux][1]. A question like this one should, if it's a good one, be migrated there. (If it's a bad one, i.e. one that doesn't fullfil [the requirements of Unix/Linux][2] it should be closed - we don't migrate junk.)
