Why is there a Dell-r710 tag and not others?

This can be asked in many ways, but why is there a specific dell-r710 while there aren't for r200, r610, r620... etc etc? Do we really want a tag for every model? Isn't poweredge enough?

The bad tag collection

NUKE: dell-2850 dell-r710 dell-2950 dell-6224-powerconnect All are not needed as the dell-poweredge is enough
