We should bring back the "question must show a minimal understanding" close reason
I'd like to see it make a come back, there are far too many people asking questions that are basically HALP ! I have no idea what I'm doing or where to start. Please guide me.

Proposed close reason: Ask your vendor/sysadmin
I don't think that this is a good thing. We don't have many slots for canned closed reasons and I don't see this being used often enough for it to be given a slot.
