Hey! Why does that community guy get credit for my tag creation?
Thanks, didn't realize there was a distinction between the tag and the tag wiki.

Yup, it's the only way... our bloody webproxy/filter resolves requests before even the local hosts file gets a shot, so no adblockers or client settings are going be able to rectify the issue. Maybe I'll just start using a 4G card if I can't find an API I like.

Did not seem to work. I'll double-check tomorrow with shudder IE and AdBlock (because, of course, we have a godawful MS "firewall" in the way that might be mangling my user credentials if not passed by IE). Thanks for the suggestion, at the very least.

@MarkHenderson. No, they're just weird. I'm told it's about next to impossible to get in here, and it's a good place to work. They're just corporatey and weird. They don't block the sites, they just get a report of browsing behavior, and it seemed that me and a couple other IT guys are showing up as the top job seekers because of those ads. I think it's not unreasonable to expect employees to not be looking for another job on company time, TBH.

Alright, I'll definitely check it out... more the kind of suggestion I'm looking for.
