After viewing some of the exchanges that go on around SE, I suggest modifying "Nobody on this site knows your environment as well as than you do." to "Nobody on this site can see your system." Questions that seem to annoy the old-timers most are those who are doing or experiencing something for the first time. They don't know the terms or the rules and it just seems to be so often that they're punished for that ignorance. No one wants to do someone's homework for them or help a body shop mess up healthcare.gov but isn't there some kind of gentler introduction than "closed as off topic"?
