Last time I looked the migration target list was full. I don't think it's possible to set a beta site as a migration target in the close dialog anyway. But moderators can still manually migrate questions to beta sites.

"Professional" in this context means that this is part of your job in IT operations, whether or not that is your job title.

I'm not convinced these need to be renamed. They're recognizable brands on their own, and Atlassian might sell them on to some other company in the future. And you don't need to wait for them to be renamed to retag them anyway.
