I don't see anything obvious about your question that would warrant deleting it.

Another problem here is that sysadmins may or may not have sufficient reputation on SO, or activity on Github/Codeplex to qualify to sign up. I think some other means of qualifying sysadmins to sign up needs to be found.

There was already a meta question along these lines, so I answered it.

Most of the Help Center is static network-wide; only a very few parts are editable by site moderators. /help/how-to-ask isn't one of them... I've been thinking lately that "how to obfuscate my info" ought to be a meta Q&A.
