@Iain Because it's much easier to make small changes and measure their impact than to make a whole lot of large changes and have no idea what the results are.

Link to "learn more" about a tag is unclickable in Google Chrome
It worked fine for me in Chrome 29 on Linux. Be careful with "beta" software :)
