Both tags already exist, so you might link to the other one as well. Remember that the purpose of tags is to help people find questions. Do they need to be separate tags?

Those are shown to first time visitors. Try dismissing them.

@realtebo Even moderators don't know all of the parameters of this automatic system, but we do know that if your question is deleted it counts against you. Deleting your own question after it gets downvotes is one way to ensure you get banned. As the system has explained, the thing to do is to improve such questions.

@AaronShekey Yes, I saw the change go live an hour or two ago. There's almost no blue left now. I think I did see a few last remaining bits though... like .bounty-indicator-tab
