No they didn't. Again, no moderators touched your question, though one did comment on it. You can recognize a moderator by the diamond symbol next to their name.

You're also forgetting something important: It was the person who asked the question who was originally hostile.

These flags are also visible to 20K users, who can then vote to close the question or decline the flag.

Users below 3K reputation use flags to bring off-topic, etc., posts to attention.

You forgot an important point: Serverfault was created for professionals.

One last note: Keep in mind that your game probably will require some aspect of RemoteFX in order to run on a remote desktop. This means you should be at least Server 2008 R2+SP1 and preferably Server 2012, and your devs should have the matching remote desktop client.

Treat it as though it is a bug and investigate it as such. You should eventually find either the bug in the game engine, or an obscure note on MSDN saying "don't try this on a Remote Desktop unless you..." or something along those lines.
