@MichaelHampton The purpose of this post was to insight discussion among you all, the perpetrators of the problem. You have nothing to discuss with me that will be of any value to this site. As you can see, all of these comments above are directed at me (what you all perceive to be the source of the problem) rather than any meaningful discussion about the way that we conduct business here on SE.
