Is the "Questions should demonstrate reasonable information technology management practices" close reason too subjective?
This close reason seems often to be used as a subjective
can you provide examples of questions closed for reasons that you believe are subjective?

Why was my Windows Server 2012 R2 and TLS question closed as off-topic?
managing an IT system in a business environment
businesses that follow normal and reasonable practices don't use Windows Server 2012.

Why is this question closed as off topic?
don't actually understand the setup. There's no actual "network drive". Both the VM AND the files are on the same physical drive.
I understand. I use mklink
on VM guests to access shares on my host, also for development purposes, for IIS. But I wouldn't use this forum to discuss it. More of a SuperUser topic. This is trivial to do on Windows btw.

Classic ASP wasn't the reason. Running IIS on Windows 11 hosted on a Mac and data files on a network drive...checks a number of boxes.

Why can't we black list questions with description contain mobile number and string loans?
I doubt this is spam. It's more valuable as a vector for phishing/malware. If anything is being sold, it is the ability to get forum visitors to click on a potentially hostile link.

Can we get an update on the Janitor.exe status on the "Loan" spam? Maybe some AI tools would do the trick.

This isn't spam. No-one wants to buy any of these services. It could be a spammer smoke testing their trash. It's basically a malicious person saying they know one or two of the thirty or so things that aren't checked in the post pipeline that would prevent junk from being submitted. It's like the people that install a VPN client on a server then ask why the routing table changed. Those questions will still be asked several times per week 20 years from now.
