Moderation Review Request - Apache Question
@JimB I'm not sure at all what your comment has to do (at least in a productive sense) with this discussion. Of course there are many, many instances where there are not strict boundaries between development and operations.

Ahh, indeed. My bad. I'll revise the answer.

@MichaelHampton Sure, that's a reasonable usage of Tech Support mode.

With regards to the feedback mechanism you initially chose - we try and keep site-related discussions out of our personal email accounts. Meta exists for exactly this reason, and I'm glad you came and posted your question here.

Should we refer to U&L in the "managing information technology systems in a business environment" off-topic reason?
Is it even possible for you to proffer an answer without re-hashing all of the problems you have with SF? You may not realize this, but the constant whining and repetition damages your credibility on the site, so it shouldn't be surprising that your posts frequently collect down-votes. If you ever want to be able to successfully exert influence somewhere, you should work on increasing credibility, not damaging it.

Poll: Administrator tag
Maybe the root tag should go as well. At least that one, though, is more limited in scope than "administrator".

Why images/screenshots wasn't embedded in most questions/answers? Is it a bad practice?
For terminal output, I think it's safe to say we generally prefer text copy/paste it stead of a screenshot.

Poll: Administrator tag
What good would that do, though? What utility do we and other users of the site get from those tags? Who do you anticipate would follow an "administrator-account" tag, and why would it be better for them to follow that tag instead of a more specific tag?
