How to offer a bounty
@KCotreau: Welcome to the fun of FAQs on SE! There used to be a link from the SF [proper] FAQ to the MSO FAQ [which is where "they" really describe the functionality of the sites] but that seems to have been removed. Of course the MSF FAQ doesn't detail how SE sites work, but rather, how the SF community is supposed to work. Confused? I understand. Please try to bear with it for now, SF can be a lot of fun. Eventually, you'll come to know which mess belongs to which pile.

How active is the serverfault community?
At time of writing, the SF Users listis 1,279 pages long ~ 46,000 usere. SO Users list is 11,300[!] pages ~ 406,800 users. SO has roughly 10x the volume on SF, I would expect to see similar ratios in "activity" levels as well.

Is it possible to delete all Stack Exchage accounts?
Even if your account is deleted from all of SE, I don't see how the external sites would be affected. Lesson learned, don't post anything online you wouldn't want everyone you know to see.

Where do suggested edits go?
@Chris "Page Not Found" for bottom-feeders like me. I think that's the super seekret 10K page :)

I think I earned the Strunk and White from these sort of edits.

Can the Vmware tag be deleted ?
@Jeff I had manually re-tagged about 180[ish? I didn't count, it was on Mar 11 though] questions before I noticed your answer below saying not to. :)

Windows 7 Tagging
I think you could safely merge the two tags. There exist, already, the following architecture-specific tags: 64-bit, x64, 32bit-64bit, amd64, x86-64, 64bit, 32-bit and win32.
