Announcer, Booster, Publicist Badges -- How exactly are these earned?
@serverninja: fwiw, SF question URLs are of the format "serverfault.com" / "q" / question number. The "crediting" URL is just the question URL with your user ID number tacked on the end. e.g. This question:
meta.serverfault.com/q/944
-- Credit URL using your user ID: meta.serverfault.com/q/944/23935

Delete 'server' tag
On a daily basis I also deal with users, software, networks, security, workstations, etc. I've seen questions, on SF, directly related to each of these items. None of these items are servers, nor would they qualify for a [server] tag. But this is a community-built site. You brought your question to the correct place to be addressed.

Losing "consecutive days" Credit on SF
There's a reason some refer to it as CrackOverflow.

Edit powers activate! Removing Hi/Thanks
It might be nice to include the MSO link Warner provided in any related edits. That's what I've done in the past. At least then users with clue might check the revision history.

RTFM inappropriate?
When I am asked "what does RTFM mean?" I always define it using fine instead. If I am not asked for definition, then I intend the the other f-word is implied. :)

Pick an easter egg for chat.serverfault!
@Farseeker: @Jeff's question says "and it's visible to the entire chat room."

Possible sockpuppet account?
@Farseeker +1. I use the Firefox Custom Google Search add-on for this exact purpose -- filter out useless/unwanted sites.

Is the dark blue system notification bar annoying?
Yes. Really not sure why it wasn't made dismissible as with the FAQ banner/badge-notication in the first place.

Bad Synonym for APT
Not sure why you got -1. Maybe someone thinks your answer should have been a comment?

Bad Synonym for APT
I think you're asking about the tag synonym feature. Most of the SE engine functionality discussion takes place on MSO. These features eventually trickle-down to the other SE sites.

Tag merge request for mysql
I appreciate your concern. I believe [mysqld] is synonymous with [mysql] and also [mysql-server]. The management interface tool "MySQL Administrator" has been EOL since 2009-12-18. The replacement is known as "Database Administrator". Perhaps a tag for the management suite that is more appropriate? [mysql-workbench]?
