Actually, the off-topic reasons have been upgraded and some mods have initiated a discussion on their meta sites to personalize the messages, though the public-to-all "close description" is empty by default since the migration to the new design, and mods also need to deactivate the current reason to modify it...

The best compromise I could think is to revert the title of the question (removing "without yum") and edit the body to indicate "preferably without yum", but doesn't restrict it strictly, so everybody wins... though I'm afraid it could make the question too broad...

It's by design that only 10k+ reps are able to see deleted posts on the list, but OP should be able to see it on deleted recent questions though.

Note that you can also see your recently (less than 60 days) deleted posts

Unrelated to the issue, but if in the end it's on-topic, I feel like the tag deserves a rename to game-server...
