Expand migrate-options
+1 Can't find the reference right now but they've said the VTC Migrate screen will always have Meta + the 3 most popular migration destinations in recent history. It's not automatic however, so requests are heard.

+1 Unless "very low quality" is an exact description of the problem, please fill in a few words on why it needs someone to look at it.

Flag declined - I don't understand the rationale behind why
@Artifex, that's a common saying in the US regarding the law. Essentially it means that whoever currently has possesssion of something in question tends to have the law on their side regardless of proper ownership. In this case, I think Jeff meant it to mean whatever site already had the question should keep it (even if it's a mildly better fit for another site).

+1 Agreed, whatever site it started on is where it should stay.

Community Posts for Blog.SF?
I doubt there's enough interest to do Option #4; but I'm in favor of #2 too.

Tag synonym: webfilter web-filtering
The synonym system is borked because the rules are setup for StackOverflow (The favorite SE site; the rest of us are just red-headed step children) where they have 20 times as many people as any other SE Site. Posting here is the best way.

Missed opportunity to provide a good answer to a less than ideal question?
@Dana, completely agree with Voretaq. In addition each question is judged on it's merits. This question had a mix of 'do my job for me' with 'I don't actually know what cross-platform compatible implies' and "stuff that's been done before". Your next question could easily be one that really stumps the most experienced admins. Nobody should be excluded based on who they are or what knowledge level they have; but questions will be voted based on the apparent knowledge level of the person asking the particular question. The purpose of SF is for the community to get the Answer, you included.

Missed opportunity to provide a good answer to a less than ideal question?
A slight off-topic correction and related thoughts: Though SF is part of the SE sites, it's purpose it to cater to System Administrators and other Professional Business Network Support Personnel. Almost all the other sites are intended to include hobbyists and semi-related fields, not the case with SF however. While this doesn't require users being "experts" it does imply a certain base level of knowledge (which you have demonstrated you don't have, no offense intended).

Ban Well-Known URL Shortner Links
@Zoredache, the first one is similar (but is asking for all instead of just the "worst"/most popular). The second is asking for Robert mentioned, which I didn't think would happen for the reasons cited in the Q. The third isn't status-declined, but more of a battle cry for the same thing. I still think it would be nice, and it's worth Jeff (et al) hearing it again, even if they disagree.

@Robert, that'd be nice, but I'd settle for simply blocking the links.
