As of now it has 6 upvotes. I think mine was the first upvote, back in 2009 when I wrote the "oh man" comment. But I'm not sure. And I dunno when the others rolled in. A lot of StackExchange code has been modified since then, I'm sure. They're continually tweaking things in hopes of encouraging better behaviors.
Guys, I think my statement stands on its own. It's by far not the first time this or similar observations have been made. I saw them when I was more active here and, doing a quick browse of meta and closed questions, I still see them. But in the end, turning it into a big debate is a waste of all our time. It's just one person's opinion, I thought it needed to be said, and I'll butt out now.
Downvoted answer because I absolutely abhor this idea that sysadmins "don't even like humans in general". I realize there is a cabal here at SF which feels that way, but I do not think they represent all syadmins, and I hate that the cabal repeats this meme so often. Let's dump the BOFH image once and for all! Please?
