I suggest we call it "sql-server-management-std" (or "sql-server-manag-studio") which is consistent with all other SQL Server tags.

Guilty as charged :) I moved the question. I remember there was a user request to move this to the Security SE; at the time it seemed appropriate, but in this case I guess you're right. I'll reopen the question here. Next time I'll pay more attention, I promise. :)
