Merge 64 bit tags
I prefer [32-bit] and [64-bit], because they can be used for either CPU or software questions, whereas [x86] and [x64] are applicable to CPU questions only and are technically inaccurate anyway.

Should licensing questions be closed?
Yes Evan, you really need all those extra votes. Seriously though, you do have a knack for this kind of thing and I for one would be happy to see you write something suitable.

When should an answer be flagged?
I agree with Chris S. My pet hate is people asking for ways to circumvent restrictions imposed by their admins. What I hate even more is people answering those questions.

Can we get an 'anti-spam' message put in the FAQ please
+1 for "It would be also useless to make such a line in the FAQ". It's hard enough to get people to read the first sentence, let alone adding more content. :(

Possible voting options
I believe moves will always be a valid option, so maybe questions should go into a moderator's bin and one of those gets to make the final decision whether to move, close or put it back, perhaps with a reason why. I don't know how many messages we're talking about, so that might place too much work at the feet of the mods.

@Chris, good points. Perhaps instead of 5 votes total it should be 5 clear votes for any single option for the action to occur.

Networking - always an SF topic?
Let's take it to extremes. My car, and no doubt yours as well, has a number of interconnected computer systems. Would it then be appropriate to ask questions on SF when some part of that system isn't running as it should? After all, despite the absence of CAT5 cables, it's still a computer network and in this case problems can quite literally mean life or death.

Is it appropriate to ask about choice of software on SF?
That's pretty much the way I see it but just wanted to know if others feel the same way about it.
