We should bring back the "question must show a minimal understanding" close reason
Why? What problem are you hoping to solve with this, @Massimo?

Also not true, @Massimo. I should post some deletion stats here...

You might be interested to know that downvotes on questions are free to the voter, @Massimo.

Yeah... Using a close reason to tell someone that they're clueless is a waste of time, a rube-goldbergian arrangement for doing something you could just say in a comment and should just say with a downvote. It's ineffective, chews up close votes and reviewer time that could be used for more pressing problems, and ends up just demoralizing the voters when eventually they realize that their votes aren't accomplishing anything. I'll forever regret adding that close reason on Stack Overflow, and never get back the time and goodwill I squandered trying to make it work... So why ask for it?

Why is my question closed as 'too broad'?
Well, I don't know... And neither do you, else why ask?

Include a few specific (or even reasonably general) details about the SSD and HDD and system you're working with / planning to work with might help here.

Please don’t make Careers programmers only in practice!
Already answered here, don't feel like answering twice. I'll leave it up to the folks here to discuss the matter or not as they wish.

Asking for old-ish questions from SuperUser
"Encouraged"? Not really; it is rarely a good idea. In this particular instance, it beats migration if you want SF answers to a SU question though.

Updating the apache tag
In my experience, sysops and children have an awful lot of common ground, @chicks... Implementing the blacklist.

Updating the apache tag
Might want to get rid of the apache-2.x and apache-1.x tags then, @MichaelHampton. Adding an appropriate 1.... tag as needed.

Should we be more tolerant of "Lack of Research"?
IMHO, the response to "no research" questions should be closing... As a duplicate. Hence the recent efforts to make dup-closing faster/easier - there are a lot of poorly-researched questions that should be closed. If there's no duplicate, then all it takes is one good answer to damn all future poorly-researched questions... Related: meta.stackexchange.com/questions/210840/…
