If you are feeling too lazy to try and understand why not just move on? Down voting encourages people to improve their question, voting to close sends people elsewhere.
Mar 13, 2012 at 13:30 | comment | added | Nick | Originally I didn't include a JD version and a commenter told me that if I didn't give the specific version of Jungle Disk, the question was too broad. So I added the version and now it's too localized. I think the real problem is that people didn't understand what I was asking. So would you recommend that I move the second question you've highlighted to a new question and then edit the existing one to be more specific?
Mar 12, 2012 at 21:35 | comment | added | Ward - Trying Codidact Mod | I also don't recall what reason I chose when I voted to close, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't off-topic. The original version was a jumble of at least 3 different questions, a couple of which were fairly open-ended. As edited, it's better.
