Synonym request: [segfault] + [segmentationfault] into [segmentation-fault]

That tag has been bothering me for a while. It's about time we fixed it. Both tags have been synonymized and merged into segmentation-fault.

Whence the [language] and [languages] tags?

I can't see any good reason why either of these tags exists. As far as I'm concerned, they can be burninated.
