What should Server Fault do with questions about web hosting control panels?
+1 to this. I used to be a professional sysadmin whose job included managing servers with cPanel on them. The questions I asked which related to cPanel were almost always "How can I do this sysadmin task in such a way as it won't break cPanel", which had I asked cPanel for support, they would have said "We don't support that"... yet, I often found ways to still use the standard command-line tools we all know and love and exist alongside cPanel. It saddens me that such knowledge can no longer be shared with others who are in the position I used to be in.

New close reasons - Proposals (July 2013)
Discouraging cPanel questions unless they're actually useful questions. Good sysadmins forced to use cPanel can have good cPanel questions, I swear!

As the administrator of 3+ cPanel/WHM servers, I approve of this

I accidentally rejected a suggested edit that should have been approved. What do I do now?
I don't think that's as important, especially because we have a way to roll back bad edits already. I would have to consider this but a possible solution would be if a suggested edit is rolled back then the +2 rep is removed. Not sure if I like that however.

It kinda gives credit where credit is due. The editor doesn't get closer to a badge nor does he get his +2. This really should be asked on MSO as the system should be able to have these rejects overridden if people realize a mistake was made IMO.

What are the reasons a question can/should get an upvote or downvote on Serverfault?
I can tell you from experience that SF does treat questions differently from other SF sites. I believe that the emphasis on professional questions means that SF gets proportionally more off-topic and poor quality questions that other sites; given this, SF users are quick to judge good, on-topic questions as poor, off-topic questions. I am an avid Stack Exchange user and my company's syadmin. I take time to research questions and spent time asking them in detail. Nowhere else do my questions get downvotes like they don on SF. Espescially if they're about certain topics.
