Agreed. I see a lot of new users asking questions and then never returning to the site - not even to accept the answer even though it is correct which leaves the site with a lot of "unanswered" questions that will probably never have an answer marked as correct which is a shame if you ask me.

@Ghayel - Well, did you wait 2 days? (Bonus info: No you didn't ;)) Sometime tomorrow you should be able to put a bounty on the question. Also agreeing on the bounty stuff Sven mentioned.

Another +1 for 1000-1500 here. I think that users with that rep must know what a tag is and how it should be used.
