Questions to ask the SE staff regarding the future of ServerFault
@user2284570 no offense but I don't think you are adding anything useful to this conversion

Questions to ask the SE staff regarding the future of ServerFault
@user2284570 usually they are closed/moved to SU as 'home' questions, then turn out to be too technical for that userbase and never answered on either site.

How does the community feel about deleting the April Fools' question?
tbh it wasn't even funny while it was april fools. It takes quite a lot of skill to pull off a good one and for each of those there seems to be at least 100 lame attempts.

Why was this question on remotely wiping deleted?
@kasperd I think we are talking at cross purposes obviously the search engine needs to see each seperate version

Why was this question on remotely wiping deleted?
@kasperd it shouldn't prevent them, that is the whole point of leaving the question behind!

Confused about the change from "professional" to "business environment"
I think there is a slight problem with this change in wording because it assumes that professional level IT does not occur outside of business. Instead of getting analy hung up on on the word 'home' people are going to reject legitimate questions because it is mentioned that it is for a not-for-profit or other lunacy like that. The real answer is that we need people to use some common sense and discretion to apply the spirit of the rule rather than act like jobsworths and kick stuff out on technicalities.

Is SF's "good question range" too narrow?
A sysadmin's goal is working toward higher efficiency, clearly a mod's role here is to work towards the day when no question will be left on topic and they are all diverted with the smallest input. :)
