Stack Exchange network consists of 183 Q&A communities including Stack Overflow, the largest, most trusted online community for developers to learn, share their knowledge, and build their careers.
I definitely don't want to troubleshoot the issue here :) I just wanted to give my opinion on what they meant by business environment. I believe him that it's a network error, and I love everyone.
@yagmoth555 I agree with you 100%. But his question wasn't necessarily why was his question off topic, but why it wasn't considered business environment.
