Stack Exchange network consists of 183 Q&A communities including Stack Overflow, the largest, most trusted online community for developers to learn, share their knowledge, and build their careers.
It's also very often there is only a need to add format to questions (e.g. add preformatted text format). I tried edit a question today to make it easier to read, but decided to let it be because of this rule.
