Who is removing a tag I use?
@HopelessN00b I'm sorry, I probably shouldn't laugh, but I find the idea of being an expert in "off-topic" HILARIOUS. I was disappointed to not find myself there. :)

Should the rep requirement for creating tags on Server Fault be raised?
I like 1000, too.

It sounds like it's on-topic to me.

One user with offensive username
Is it hate speech ("Kill_the_[insert group]" or "[insert group]_burn_in_hell") or is it, well, unfunny humor? Because the former has an actual flag category, and might therefore be taken more seriously than the latter.

Minecraft Server Questions--VTC?
@Reaces Haha, I edited out the reference to Minecraft in the first one. The second referred to the first.

True! questions going off the rails is hardly limited to game servers. I had a SQL Server question turn into "plz gimme teh codez" recently, for example, and SQL Server is clearly business software. (I could have voted to migrate it to dba, but I don't think they want to give him the codes, either.)

"Fortunately, I have 8 of them from you, so there's a really good chance I'd have gotten to it eventually." ROTFL!

What can we do to fix the "Reasonable management practices" close reason?
Yeah, I was in that thread. I wasn't sure whether that needed to be closed as "Don't circumvent policy" or as "Ask your sysadmin to fix it for you." (His workstation was allowed to access those subnets, after all.) Either way, it was clearly unsuitable.

Exactly, @SamB. It would probably be better to come back in a comment and say, "What problem are you trying to solve?" but if the answer to that comment is, "I just want a list of users' passwords," the answer is, "Please don't do that."

Yeah, I agree. It's not "suitable for a business setting," though. Not unless you want productivity to plummet. ;)

I disagree that the question about resetting his colleague's password (serverfault.com/questions/656665/…) is about a business/personnel problem. It's about circumventing his employer's security policies. The fact that he's a domain admin doesn't change that.
