Should questions "solved by a reboot" be closed?
@RowanHawkins exactly my point. If the causes are unknown and the issue disappeared after a reboot without reason, keeping the question open makes no sense.

Considering that the newest vms question was asked on '13 and it's a 7 years old tag, I doubt that it will be useful on the short term, much less the long one.

@kasperd the allotted amount of reviews is elastic, if there are more than 1k reviews you have 40 reviews per day, less than that only 20.

Is it time to kill problematic tags like cpanel, plesk, whm and webmin?
When you burn those kind of tags "This is not system administration within the meaning of Server Fault" you need to go with a hammer too, to close those questions along the way.
