Stack Exchange network consists of 183 Q&A communities including Stack Overflow, the largest, most trusted online community for developers to learn, share their knowledge, and build their careers.
@Iain Agreed. Regardless how "dumb" the boss is, it's: 1) None of our business, and 2) The attitude of that answer is unacceptable in any profession, and certainly not the standards of Stack Exchange site. I really hope we don't condone this behavior, because that's not the quality of an answer I am looking for when I consult the Stack Exchange sites. If I did, I'd go on 4chan or Reddit.
