Why the hostility?
@HopelessN00b In those cases, if a user writes answers like "You dumbass, how did you not know to do X" or "If you don't know that you probably shouldn't be a sysadmin" (I actually saw an answer like that before), then they really should be kicked out of the community regardless of their expertise. Attacking others does NOT build a community, it destroys it

What IS a "professional capacity"?
"Being built to learn new things" - Wait, SE doesn't want people's questions about the first time they've set up something? That's the reason a lot of people come to this site, because they are in new territory, the manual doesn't say anything, and if they had years and years of experience with the system then they wouldn't have the question
