Can't open close vote pop-up (again)
@HopelessN00b, I would of course but I just don't know where to find one.

Ok, I'll see what happens next time.

The problem does indeed resolve itself but as I received this particular error just before going to bed it's not possible for me to know how long it took, other than to say it's working now, about 12 hours later. I think this is an issue the devs will need to consult the logs about.

The latest version of Chrome on the latest version of OS X, with Squid on a Smoothwall box. Neither of which are unusual and I believe Chrome is one of the browsers SE officially supports. When these issues occur I have no problems with any other site. There is absolutely nothing to indicate the problem is at my end. The fact that I get the error message indicates that the problem occurred at the server end, otherwise I wouldn't even get that to pop up.

What is the purpose of migrating a question only to close it?
I wasn't sure, which is why I didn't edit it. I didn't expect it from you. :)

Can we have our own FAQ?
Which is why we don't appreciate those who tell us that it should be revised, especially those with enough rep that they should have participated in the process.

"obviously they have a good feel" - Shouldn't there be a "don't" in there?

Can serverfault.stackexchange.com be added?
This is taking pedantry to breaking point. There has to be a reason to do such a thing and I seriously doubt anyone here can think of one.

Changing the site subtitle
@Shog9, for the benefit of those of us who don't see the voting options on SO but have an interest in the matter, can you please tell us what wording was used? I'm guessing it wasn't option 2.

Should Server Fault be removed from Stack Overflow's migration list?
The migration problems we experience are seldom the result of moderator actions. It's usually caused by regular members who are merely attempting to empty the garbage from their own site and really couldn't give a crap where it ends up. All evidence suggests that they normally don't read anything about the destination site other than its name. You're expecting the migration voters to display a level of care, diligence and even intelligence for which there is absolutely no evidence.

If you can describe what's on topic for SF in just two or three lines I'd really like to see an example.

Question closed by moderator on assumption that it was 'home stuff' which is incorrect!
FWIW, we get a constant stream of devs asking similar questions without realising that that neither they nor their questions meet the SF criteria, as described in the FAQ.

Not just one of those voting to close but the first one listed, so if any one voter was to be "blamed" it should have been you, not freiheit. Maybe a bit of selective reading by the OP?

Talking of badges, did you know that you get badges for 30 days or 100 days consecutive visits to the site but nothing for a full year's worth? I've always found that a bit odd.

In that case the only viable solution is to get SF removed from the So migration list. Three years ago would have been the best time to do it.

What's the difference between those who've been on SF for a few years compared to those who've only been on SF a few months? The amount of time we've been complaining about this problem. There should be a badge for it.

I'd just like to say that not everyone who reviews is a "badge seeker".
